I have to complain bitterly about Fedhealth's choice of DSP in Medi-Rite. As it is a fedhealth decision I believe the blame with them. The level of service; staff knowledge and often lack of stock from (more than 1... 3 actually) Medi-rite pharmacies is shockingly poor. I cannot believe that Fedhealth allow such poor service to be passed onto their clients. In the past 3 months I have been to the medi-rite pharmacies at least 6 times and on almost all occasions they have not had the required medication... both acute and chronic. As a result I have to go to another pharmacy which is really just a waste of my time. And I'm sure my savings and my chronic benefits get eaten away quicker at non DSP's than at medi-rite. I do not understand why Fedhealth would force us to have to endure such poor service.
