Good day, I am dissappointed in the service received from the said medical scheme. My doctor and I requested the approval for medication which was rejected and another medication approved so as to say in place of the first. However the approved medication makes me feel ill and there is no reason that I can understand as to why Fedhealth would make such a decision. More so no one from Fedhealth contacted me to advise me of the outcome which leads me to think that I am not a valid client but just a number in line. I await their reply.
