For over 10 years I have used a specific chronic medication for hypertention. There never used to be a generic, until last year (May 2013). I decided to try the generic medication and three months later went back to the original after suffering from blisters, sleeplessness and shortness of breath. Fedhealth still paid the full amount, until now. I have queried and even sent them emails with what I had to deal with on the generic, but Fedhealth refuses to pay for the original in full. They approved for the original name Ziak. The generic is not called Ziak. Thus one has to ask the question, how will this hold up in court? I refuse to use the generic, and I refuse to pay the excessive difference Fedhealth expects me to pay. Thus I have been without the medication now for a week. I used to recommend Fedhealth to everyone, but after this, I would suggest they stay far away from Fedhealth.
