I was a member of NIMAS (Natal Independent Medical Aid Society) since 2008, and had fantastic service from them. The company then merged with Resolution Medical Aid last year. I have been trying to get a response to my emails on at least three different occasions. An automatic response email is sent saying that the mail has been received, and that my enquiry would be attended to, but that is as far as it goes. I have also submitted a claim two weeks ago, and it is not showing as being processed when I sign in to the member log-in. No calls are answered, and no emails. How does one get hold of these people?
