My little one was born prem 26 weeks recently and is in NICU . All claims being paid from MSA and not from the Hospital Benefits. My MSA is depleted due to this lack of Discovery HELP and we cannot go tho the doctors yourself. Claims being paid from MSA that not supposed to be. this whole affair is a admin nightmare. Claims for blood for my little one is being paid to me and i have to pay the providers then. this is uncalled for and a nightmare. Claims from doctors are not being paid and also half payments made to them and to me and i have to pay doctors even though my child is in hospital. Discovery not approving meds even though my child needs it to stay alive.
How can Discovery say no to meds? my child needs it to live and i think its not right for them to do so.
