On 01.03.2013 I called MH, spoke to Martha Kgwadi (Ref: T912208) and explained to her that Dependent-02's in-hospital account dated 22.01.2013 for Dr L Sotiropoulos (Anaesthetist) was paid R1126.12 (21.02.2013) and Dr C Pearl (Maxillo-Facial-pr 0208523) paid R2049.40 (14.02.2013) by Denis and I requested Martha to pay R1573.10 from my Savings, exceeded tariffs totalling R3322.60 for both doctors be paid from my Savings, on 04.03.2013 Martha called me requesting all practice numbers for the doctors and Rosebank Clinic as MSO refuses to forward her proof of claims paid by Denis unless she has these information, however on 21.03.2013 I was amazed to see "statement no 92" showing that R2875.62 was paid from my Savings, Denis already paid the Anaesthetist R1126.12 and only R1749.50 is to be paid from my Savings, meaning R1126.12 paid to the Anaesthetist should be REVERSED, and Dr C Pearl is still to be paid R1573.10 from my Savings as discussed with Martha, I am amazed on how much time I waste complaining about MediHelp since 2012 because of the incompetence of MediHelp staff, secondly all these EXCEEDED TARIFFS, Deductibles paid from my Savings are not showing for Tax Accumulation.
