My 5 year old son was in a car accident, the ambulance insisted on taking him to the hospital, they ran scans and discharged him even though I protested there was an issue, when I took him to Flora clinic the following day they found out he had broken both his legs, both his femurs were broken completely. Screws and all had to bused to reattach his bones, how does my medical aid get charged, how does a doctor not perform a scan for fractures after an accident, how is the no legal recourse for such negligence?
