I have been trying to get an authorization for my 6yr old. The pre-authorization was declined as they claim that scheme rules only allow 5yr olds to extract tooth at the theatre. I subsequently requested those rules and there is no such stipulation it just states young children by the way I consider my 6yr old as young. I don'tsee how do you expect the dentist to attend to 6 tooth extraction for a child so young at the doctor's rooms. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place cause my child is sitting with a toothache and you Denis instead of providing me the names of the Dentists who will sedate her at their rooms you just abandon us like that cause you declined the requests.
