Denis the dentistry side of Bonitas keeps on declining braces procedure for my 14 year old son. Motivations have been given from different dentists dental specialist why it is necessary for the procedure to prevent future functional problems! It seems to me they are incompetent to read the motivational letters; x-ray sent through to Denis (Bonitas)! Each time we received a reply from them a different excuse is given for not paying or covering for the procedure! Please assist us with this in which steps we can take! Thank You
