ACCOUNTS THAT IS NOT BEING PAID BY BANKMED

My medical bills were not paid by the medical aid as promised and now doctors are taking legal action against me. I was admitted to Garden City Hospital on the 04/06/2012 for the deliverie of my baby. I give birth on the 05/06/2012 sadly my baby was found to be sick and was then transfered to Sunninghill Hospital. My baby was treated at this health facility for about ten days and unfortunately never recovered and passed away. Now I am left with tons and tons of bills that I have to pay and not sure how it came about. It has been months since his passing and I am still getting threatening letters with regards to my doctors bills not being settled. I have on numerous occasion starting June of 2012 called your call centre (08600 2265633) to find out why my bills were not settled and I would then be informed that all the doctors have been paid. Just to get a call or sms, e-mail or letters informing me funds are outstanding. Calling the call centre is a nightmare as I would be transferred from pillar to post not getting any joy or answers. I would be informed about the ICD10 code forms that were not submitted or completed properly. Please advice on who's responsibility
