Appauling service!

We booked at the taj on monday the 26 aug 2013.our booking reservation was to be confirmed via email which was not sent.later that day we phoned to sa ywe would be checking late .they was no record of our booking.my husband asked to speak to washiefa to made the booking, she was on lunch and was asked to call back which never happened.an hr later we called backed and washiesfa was in a meeting so we spoke Nandi who said she will find out about our booking and call back.never happend.we called again and they still said they dont have a booking an will call back, my husband said he will hang on. Nandi then took the call & said everything is sorted out we were to just come through.at 5:30 we get there wanting to check in no theres no reservation made.the Taste of Taj office is closed and they try and sort out the resevations.finally we a booking but are made to wait 2 hours for our room.the receptionist at from desk blantly said after an hour of waiting that she doesnot know what time our room will be available.
very dissapointing especillay since to bought my family also aTaste of Taj voucher booklet and reffered alot of my friends.
