After agreeing to a six month payment for the hotel express membership, the company breached the agreement by funds from my account that were not part of the agreement. It has been the second week that I have been requesting them to reverse the transaction they made to return back my money. I have make several calls to the company and the response i received is that management will get back to me. On 28/08/13 i spoke to Erice (who is supposedly part of management) who assured me he would resolve the issue and get back to me before the close of business. i have been spending a lot of money making calls to them, of which they take long to answer.
