I received a call in march 2012 from hotel express call centre in pretoria telling me to join them and i would receive up to 50% on hotel bookings and car rentals, so i agreed to join the membership gave them my details and my last 4 digits of my credit card, within 7 days the R 1500 was taken from my nedbank credit card account by hotel exp. the membership was to expire end of april 2013

on the 23rd of march 2013 i got a call from a lady called Bianca Becker from hotel exp telling me that i qualify for 6 mnts free service since i didnt use my card in 2012 i told her im not interested and that they should cancel my membership, 5 minutes later a lady named Pearl called me confirming about the benefits and i told her im not interested, 2 minutes later R1500 was deducted from my nedbank account without my approval, i tried to reverse the transaction with standard bank but failed i caleed hotel exp and they always promise to call me back but never do i went to their office in lilian ngoyi street in pretori but didnt find them. all i want is my money!
