I was called by a lady called Tsholo from Hotel Express International, selling their product. She asked me to buy their product which cost R1 610. Initially, I was not for the idea, but she convince me by saying that they will deduct their premium on a monthly basis from my bank account and that they will notify me everytime they have to make a transaction. After my conversation with Tsholo, the whole R1610-00 was deducted from my bank account. That was contrary to what we agreed upon.
When I tried to enquire from Tsholo's Managers, called Grace and Petula as to what happened and requested them to reverse my money. They are very reluctant to reverse my funds or refund me. They keep on telling me that they have listen to the recordings of my conversation with Tsholo, and then will call me back.
These so-called Managers never called me back, rather i'm the one who's calling them and they still play hide and seek with me.
I'm really tired of this and I want my money back.
