I was called by Gloria Morudu in connection with the platinum hotel express card, which I was interested purchasing. She explained to me that it costs R 3, 450.00 but I could pay pay for it in 12 installments of R287.50/month which I accepted. I then gave her the banking details for my cheque account with an agreement that only the amount of R287.50 shall be deducted. Later that day I got a shock of my life when an amount of R1610.00 was deducted from my account. I immediately called her and she could not give me a clear answer an I immediately instructed her to return my money and cancell the deal as they were not being hornest. She promised me that my money would be returned in 24 hrs, which did not happen. I later (after a week) called again but could not get Gloria and spoke to another lady on 31/10/2013 who promised to investigated the matter and get back to me on the same day, which did not happen. This morning again an amount of R 1840.00 has again been deducted for my account and when I demanded to speak to the manager responsible for customer complaints I was refered to Tracey. I have been trying to call Tracey but every time I get transfered to her office the line cuts off
