And Poor Service

I made a booking for my Husband and I's holiday to Cape town in September which was well in good time to secure exactly what we requested, the booking was made thru [URL Removed] and had specified the room we selected and paid for had a balcony. Only to get to our destination on the arrival date the 30-12-2012 appauled and highly dissapointed we were received by Gert who made it explicitly clear he only had one room left as he was fully booked as we arrived, it came as a shock to us to have been greeted with such an opening statements as if he was implieng he did us a favour by squizzing us in and we should be grateful to some degree. We arrived in the lowest floor of the lodge almost in the dungeon it seemed to appear not to far from the laundry, i get coastrophobic so i quicky advised him of us not being happy to stay in this room and requested we be moved to another room and also re-iterated we had paid and booked for a room that boasted of a balcony as the attraction and choice, and to our dismay he refused to move us. There were guest arriving later that evening and the next morning who were of priority to him as they were *White* and he said they had paid for the balcony room.
