We booked a room for the macufe weekend in Oct we were not able to go as the room was for four people and there was just the two of us. I called the lodge on time to see if we can get a cheaper room but it was fully booked. I made arrangements with the lodge and they advised that once they find a replacement and when they pay in full they will refund us the R1200 that we had booked with. We were promised that we would get it back. We have been calling since Oct. We were also told that the money was paid and it wil clear the next day at the end of Oct, we stil waiting for it to this day. We have since opened a case with this regard. The owner doesn't answer his phone most of the time and when he does he says thet he will do it today. We are really frastrated and getting impatient. The owners name is IT.
