Administrative incompetence and unethical practice

1. They mailed a Histology report via post. It is their policy not to reveal sensitive information like that, not even all the sisters in the depot are aloud to print these reports.

2. Their Histology report has my 6 year old son name, our street address, with an 38 year old man's ID number, telephone number on it.

So much for confidentiality.
