After yet another 5 days, I phoned to track the progress on a reveresed claim. Thursday the call centre phoned to tell me they will provide me with feedback, well its Monday and no feedback.
Great, I hope the are ready for a legal battle, Im sorry but SIX WEEKS for an answer is not up to standard.
I will make a call to the Medical scheme board as well.
