NO refund

I cancelled my vitality before the required date and was promised by Junaid Mahomed that from the new month I will only be charged the medical aid amount. Come the new month discovery charged me the medical aid amount as well as the vitality amount. I was promised a refund by Junaid on the 1st of August and have emailed 3 times to ask when I will be receiving it. No reply.
