I have asked numerous times to cancel my vitality subscription. in november 2012 i stopped the medical aid, since then vitality has been deducting over R81 per month. I am paying full gym fees, no medical aid or any other vitality privalages yet they keep taking money from me. i want a full refund as well as comoensation for all my effords, bank charges etc. is this too difficult?
