Failure to Downgrade my Plan

I have been a discovery member from October 2007 and requested to be downgraded to key care in July 2013 as i was retrenched. i hand delivered all the required documents to the Sandton offices and up until today i have still NOT been downgraded.

i have called on numerous occasions, filled in numerous forms and still no downgrade. at the end of july my account was debited over R3000 despite my request to downgrade and now after sending emails to Darshan and Devaana (Ref number 2930845745) i have not received any email correspondence.

i would therefore like to cancel my membership after being reimbursed the R3000 and the monthly fee for the Key care is debited.

i intend joining momentum. so much for loyalty you cows
