I resigned from work on the 9/12/2013 and according to my bankmed statement I still had funds in my account, I am confused how I get a letter from bankmed stating that as off 31/12/2013 I am inactive and when I phoned call center I am told I am in arrears of 1400, if funds were exhausted I should have been told by the doctors or pharmacy when I visited them? is this possible? member number is 249752, I emailed bankmed with no reply
