Wait for authorisation from Bankmeds enquiry depa

I applied to bankmed on 03/01/13 for request to pay my mother's frail care payment which is above the maximum limit Mrs D R Strydom member no 1947168. There is a 5 day waiting period for Bankmed to reply. After 14 days when no reply received yet I phoned them and was told that they need a letter from my mother's doctor stating for how long she will still be in frail care. This is now 9 days wasted. I send through the doctor's letter on 28/01/13. When I phoned on 04/02/13 to find out if it was approved I was told that they only received the letter on 30/01/13 and I must wait for 5 days for them to reply. The problem I now have is that the January payment I made of R10450.00 I am supposed to get back 50% which is paid after 30 days. With all the wasted time because Bankmed's enquiry department did not come back to me via e-mail requesting doctors letter I have no idea when my mother will be paid and her February payment is also now due. This is not the first time I have to wait for her refund to be paid in and the attitude they have at Bankmed is you just have to wait could not care less. I now trust that I will have response now as I cannot wait any longer. Thank You, S P Clarke
