I contacted the about a month agoe, a gentlemen assisted me with explainging the products but he never emailed the information or applications as he was to, i awaited for 2 weeks with no repsonse, i then re-called them 2 weeks later and spoke to a lday by the name of Nikki Goosen she mailed the the forms, i then sent her an email query on the 1st of August and to date i have not received any feedback from her, if this is the service we get when we want to join this health insurance what service are we going to receive in an emergency or if we need hospitalisation? this is absolutely unacceptable and they need to train their staff accordingly and have proper customer service feedback.
