More than 2 weeks ago, I made the decision to port my number from MTN to cell C after more 12 years with MTN. I took out 2 contracts with vitality mobile. One for me and one for my daughter (different plans). Cell C ported my number to my daughters contract which was a basic plan. Endless calls to the call centre results in promises to rectify it but no resolution is forthcoming. The call centre could not even temporarily activate bis when the online process failed. My what's app, bbm, email and Internet is not working. I have an iPhone that is till in the box. I feel frustrated as if I am living in the dark ages.
Please assist in resolving this issue
