Over 2 weeks to process membership application

I have applied for membership on 26 July 2013 through Direct Axis (Tracy). While they did require additional documents / information, I have promptly supplied everything they have required.

Last week I have received an e-mail from Direct Axis requesting more information regarding pre-existing conditions, to which I have responded to and confirmed with Amanda that they have received it.

I have also confirmed the status of my application with Fedhealth, where I was told that my membership should be active the following day.

I have contacted Direct Axis again today and was told by Amanda that they are awaiting feedback from Fedhealth. So I have contacted Fedhealth as well and was informed that my application was only received today and that it is currently with the capturing department.

This is unacceptable. It's like going one step forward and three steps back. I want my membership application processed and activated before close of today. I can be contacted on my work number.
