I went on to Fedhealth's website to see what Fedhealth would pay towards medical expenses seeing that I was now in my above threshold. While I was looking a window pops up and I am asked if I need any assistance. That was fantastic because I could then just ask for the information that I required and I got an answer straight away relating to my particular membership. Dorion assisted me tremendously with what I needed. What a fantastic idea, well done Fedhealth and thank you Dorion for your assistance, keep up the good work!!
