Terrible service, bad enough to make you ill

I had applied to join a Fedhealth medical aid option through them. I was asked for 3 months bank statements, which I got and sent through along with my application. That was all good, communication occurred frequently as it is a serious matter, something I want to get to have peace of mind in case of an emergency. I was quickly asked for recent statements again, when the ones I sent was 1 day old. I sent emails, faxes, phoned, no replies. This morning this Pavo sends numerous emails and calls me, then the alternative number on my application, after I had told him I am not interested. If they can overlook 3 pages in the application, how many mistakes should I expect in the future. When it was clear that I will not be dealing with him, he threw the blame over to Fedhealth saying they overlooked the bank statements. Yet he emailed to ask for them, and could get back to them, but not to me??? I wanted to get a medical/hospital plan for peace of mind, but Direct Axis will not help anyone seeking that. At least I didn't. I am disgusted in the way it was handled, and also with his very rude last email. They should try employ people who can pay attention to detail who aren't as lazy.
