We stayed there for my cousins wedding - It took forever to check in, my mother had to beg for my grandmother's gift drop to arrive, we were promised special rates, but not given them, and After my father paid for both mine and his room, my credit card was charged the full amount after being promised nothing would be charged to my card. I am still trying to get hold of someone to help me out with this. Nobody seems to be able to help me. In the meantime I am? 220 in debt, and about to get charged interest on something I have already paid! As well as this, housekeeping took forever to do our rooms, and when they were done, when we went inside, the bedlinen was still wet!!! All in all, a revolting experience, I shall not be returning to this or any other protea hotel in the near future.
