After many years of utilising the Vitality Gym Membership through Discovery Health they have cancelled my membeship by ambushing me with a phonecall from Virgin to let me know I can now have my membership back with a discount of 50% after not having had to pay a monthly rate at all.
(Thank you Discovery for taking another opportunity to MILK your clients out of their hard earned cash).
Then after being notified by the helpful vitality call centre operative telling me that the SMS notification is merely a courtesy and that it's my fault that I did not go 7 times in the month of June. I realised that this is a of epic proportions where Vitality lulls their clients into a false sense of security by notifying their members of all impending doom right up till the point where it ACTUALLY MATTERS!!
I'm taking my entire family and everyone I can advise against Discovery with me.
This company and its "policy" has let me down!! I am appalled!!
