Poor Service and Raw food for Customer Service

On Saturday the 9th of March we held our mothers 70th Birthday party at Boulevard44 Boutique Hotel Balito.
This was booked last year 2012 already. Leading up to the event we had to beg for our invoices to be corrected and even sent a person down to go and meet with Tegan at the hotel to ensure everything is in order. On the 9th of March we were still receiving wrong invoices. We round 12h00 went to meet with Tegan to run through the list to ensure there is nothing wrong with the function which was starting at 17h30. I on this day also informed her I was advised by the managing agent at Zimbali Rentals to be cautious and double check the food since they had a similar situation. It seems this hotel is doing this to people on a regular basis.the list is endless wrong from the chef changing the menu to raw food, if it was hot and cooked it would have tasted nice. the waiters service was slow and they messed on a guest... the list is endless long. Management offer us a full event again at their cost, what a joke! You cant have the 70th over! Plus we have to pay our own way again to fly in. Shocking!!!
