Never before being a resident in a hotel in South africa did the Hotel Manager take time to write a personal welcome letter &leave such for my attention. Samantha's welcome was far beyond than any other. Her touch was from her heart. Samantha really is just amazing as by the reception from all her staff indicates her manner of training is just too smart. Cleaniliness &hygiene with excellence.every one of her staff have been taught with real genuity &respect with total efficiency. I have never in S.Africa known a Hotel Manager wait for a guest for breakfast This Management&staff really go the extra mile for their guests. I really thoroughly enjoyed good, peaceful nights sleep with so much care &warmth. A real great stay &a comfortable one too. Also, not to forget the candle-lit braai which we were invited to and special candles left in our rooms with aletteraddressed inviting us to this special braai. Overwhelming &excited to see the piano right in front as you walk to reception WOW!! Thank you Samantha Clingham for this special warm welcome into your hotel.
