We recently held an event at Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa and I'd like to compliment and thank the management team and staff - especially Steven, Juliette, Godfrey, Nazley and Oliver for the fantastic service we received. Everything went smoothly and changes and challenges were handled efficiently and with a smile. They helped us deliver a wonderful experience to our guests.
