Oblivion is or should I say WAS our choice of bar for drinks after work. We've always turned a blind eye to the LONG waiting period for our drinks the vibes always nice so we didn't mind. Last night was however different. We've constantley requested that they buy in a certain bottle of alcohol but always fell on deaf ears last month we were assured they would get it in. WELL firstly they didnt have it, when we asked the manager why her repsonse was"we not going to buy in a bottle because three people requested it" this was said with a bad attitude and a look that basically said OFF with rolling eyes. Secondly we proceeded to ask why they don't do half price cocktails anymore managers response "staff couldn't keep up with the demand" uuuummm you guys never could... on any given occasion you wait up to 45 mins for a drink.
The evening just got worst we tried to order several drinks/shooters and were met with"sorry we don't have stock" followed by chipped glasses and the best part some of the cocktail glasses are smaller which the manager denied. Our waitress TESSA was absolutely AWESOME THANK U! As for manager learn some peoples skills and lose the ATTITUDE.
