I held my birthday party at Brazen Head as we are regulars there and the food and service is always awesome. My and my husbands bill alone came to R1300.00, not to mention our other 16 guests. Towards the end of the evening, myself and the other 4 ladies made our way to the bar and started to drink shooters and cocktails. I found a piece of glass in my strawberry daiquiri as it cut my mouth. I handed it to the barman who just took the piece of glass and my cocktail and didn't say a word. The female manger, got an attitude with me! I never received a replacement cocktail and was forced to pay R180 for the 4 cocktails. Whilst Collin the manager proceeded to try and calm the situation and fix it, my friend found a piece of glass in her cocktail and handed straight to Collin. Where he just threw his hands in the air and walked away. I was forced to pay for cocktails, that firstly cut my mouth and then were not replaced, plus the female manager got an attitude with me. NEVER GOING BACK to BRAZEN HEAD. Highly disgusted and my mouth is damaged.
