Last night my boyfriend and I went to the KFC in Sundown in Cape Town. We decided to go through the drive through as that would be faster, little did we know it took 15 min before we got to the first window to place an order, then when we placed an order for 2 box master meals we were told that with the meals we HAD to take the option with the bottle drinks as their machine is broken. The point of either having just the box masters, the meal with the normal machine drinks and the meal with the bottle drinks is that there would be a choice, being told that if we wanted a meal with the drink we had to take the bottle drinks which is more expensive as well. So instead of making the tins available we were forced to either pay more for the bottle drinks or take the normal box master (not the meal). The difference between a box master meal with the soda machine and the meal with the bottle drinks is about R10.
We then paid for our order and we told to wait as they were still busy with our order.
After another 20 mins waiting we finally got our food. (This was cold might I add!)
