Thursday the 21st a public holiday, we decide to go to a 'lovely' new restaurant Olive n Twist in honeydew, 14h00 we arrive place our orders and get our 1st round of dinks, our waitress had not checked on us for about 45 mins we call the manager over to order a 2nd round of drinks while we wait for our food 15h00 comes around we still have no food and haven't been served by our waitress, we ask the manager once again for another round of drinks and where the food is? he says it will be out now they are busy plating it, 15 mins later we have no food and no drinks???
i understand you are busy but an hour to wait for food is ridiculous with no service, if you cant handle lots of people cater for a smaller group or get more staff!!!
needless to say we payed for our drinks and left hungry and horribly disapointed.:(
