I made a reservation on the morning of 1 August with Chane, the lady at the front desk of the spa at Valley Lodge for two 45 min back, neck and shoulder massages. On our arrival at 9:30am as our "reservation" was for 10am, Chane was at the front desk to greet us. We told her that we have a reservation for today for 2 x 45 mins treatments and that I had made the booking with her on the telephone. She mentioned that she can't recall it and that she doesn't have my reservation. She proceeded to squeeze us in which we were grateful for but not impressed about. We went in for our massages that ended under 30 mins, we were also only charged for the 30min treatments but that is besides the point. We chose this spa for my birthday spoils without being recommended to it. I was very disappointed and will certainly not go back.
