Having been to Mozambik I raved about it and suggested the restaurant for a loved ones birthday, I cannot express how embarrassed I was that I insisted we go to Mozambik!
Our drinks took forever, the waiter, barely spoke to us & mumbled nonsense every time we asked about our orders. There were no peanuts so we requested bread rolls, then asked them to be warmed and never saw them again. We called the manager, Andre, but instead got Elizabeth who gave attitude & excuses & no apologies when we complained about the waiter/service. While waiting forever for our mains, our cocktails finally arrived and were terrible, incorrect drinks were brought and the manager STILL nonexistant. I looked up to see Elizabeth & the Manager pointing at our table in an animated conversation yet still no apologies or explanation for our disastrous experience. We ate and requested the bill only to be told "Very sorry, I was too afraid to bring the bill because you didn't enjoy lunch" and that the cocktails were on the house - too little too late. The card machine didn't work, and once we managed to pay and were ignored as we left with no second thought given to customers treated disgustingly!
