No Response from Specsave

Two weeks ago I called Specsaver at the Randburg Square to make an appointment for an eye test and new glasses.
I called the store and a lady advised me that they were busy painting.
She took my details an advise she would call back regarding a date and time of appointment.

It is now TWO WEEKS that has PASSED and I still have not received a response from Specsavers Randburg.

I am very disappointed as I have always been a loyal customer to Specsaver!!
