I walked into the store to enquire about getting spectacles. I immediately received friendly assistance and got an appointment early the next morning. I arrived for my appointment, received a professional, friendly and explanatory eye test, chose my frame and went home within 30 minutes. 2 days later, my spectacles were ready for collection. My free pair of sunglasses are still on their way but I don't mind the wait after the speedy service. It's rare to get good service not even great service these days therefore I feel that Specsavers Hatfield need recognition for their exceptional service. I will never go anywhere else again and will refer all friends and family to them. Thank you Specsavers Hatfield!
