Do you just dont care at all or what? Must one go to the ombudsman or HP everytime to get any replies and feedback from Discovery? This isnt the first time bad service have been received from you ppl.

Please can someone get back to me by today if this isnt too much effort for you? Word of mouth is a killer for business I will make sure everyone I know dont get a discovery medical aid or anything whatsoever to do with your lousy so called 'Service provider'
