I have been permanently employed with my current employer since the 27th May 2013 and they registered me with Sizwe medical aid - primary option almost immeditaely. After 2 months I have still not received my membership card or membership number as I would like to give my doctors room my new medical aid details.
I phoned the call centre myself to to query this matter and to my disgust, they tell me I am not registered and am not shown on their system. How so, as my monthly membership fee is deducted each and every month?
Please clear this up for me.
