Can Customer Service get worse?

I have a Standard Bank Hospital plan that is underwritten by AIG. The claim form that I received had Chartis details with [URL Removed] website and [Email Removed] On the 31st January 2013, I emailed the claim for to the above email address. There was no response. I then checked the above webite which was automatically re-directs you to the AIG website. The claim email address is on this website was [Email Removed] I resent the claim form on the 11th February 2013, but again no response. Today I called the call centre, and spoke to Jessie Radebe, who asked me to resend the form. She then told me that I must now wait 14 days for my claim to be paid out. This claim has already been submiited twicem and today is the 3rd time and AIG has refuses to treat the claim with urgency. This is a result of their system failures and now I must be inconvienced? This is patetic!!!
