Good day
Last year we where advise to change our Medical Aid plans for 2013 by November 2012, I email my plan change and faxed and email it to the numbers supplied and emails.
To my surprise this year I checked to see if my plan was changed but it was not, upon contacting Bankmed I was told by Sibusiso who was not helpful but rather rude they never received the plan change and I must send a new mail asking them to change the plain, i send the email to [Email Removed] on the 5 January and till today no feedback has been received.
