Unprofessional service

The service is not good at all, we starting December quering to change Medical Aid option plan and we sended our application form to be amended, no feedbck, no change, no empathy, acknowlegdment given but have been debit our account every. no one called us for our plan and we have been calling everyday, all we get is nothing is appearing on the system, bad attitude and no reference numbers.
