I must say the service I have received from Charlton changed mind about Mc Charthy. I took my car for service last year (December) and I was told that I need to change my brakes and I needed to pay 7000 and I told the guy who was assisting me (Dean) I had maintenance plan why must I pay and he replied you must call the dealer where you bought your car to give your maintenance plan no . went home and found my maintenance plan, called him and he was not available, send him an email he never replied, send him a second email and he replied by (bring it tomorrow).
brought my car the next day and I was now told by Dean that my car was fine they will change the brakes the next service but to my surprise after seven days my car was giving me trouble (brakes). Took it back to Dean but he was on leave and I found Charlton and he offered to help without any trouble he asked a mechanic to checked it and explained the problem and asked mechanic to assist with a temporary solution, ordered my new brakes and assured me he will give a call asap . and yesterday he called to tell me my brakes are available I must bring my car.
