My rights are being abbused

This is Karien Strydom. We were first on plan one, drive 2000km and submit 5 photos for about 8 months. They then convinced us to change to plan 2 earn while u drive. Guess what after a year we did not receive a cent and no response. This is were the problems started. Firstly they said when we changed between plans anytime, then the story changed to after a month, then it became a year. After waiting we wanted to change back. They then said we cannot. After a huge fight and them listening to the recordings, they admitted that they were wrong and agreed to changed us back to plan 1. The month of November we tried to log our photos, and saw our contract has been cancelled. We called the director Kugan, who hanged our plan initially . he has not come back to us and is ignoring us. The reason they gave for cancelling is that the car was not insured. The proof is there that they are laying and that we were, the second excuse was non payment how is that possible if it is a debit order. We have all the prove and no one wants to assist us. I will take legal action and request that any other person also wrongfully accused, must e-mail me at [Email Removed] am a victim.
