Very upset about the service

Since January 2013 I tried to change our medical plan to classic saver. They always had an excuse and then in July 2013 they said it was to late to change my plan.

October 2013 I Notified them to change my plan from Jan 2014, then my debit order went of on the 2nd of Jan for the old plan that I was on. So I phoned them very upset and they just said my premiums is going of backwards and now the classic saver will only be affective from Feb 2014 (this is the same they did last year and end up saying it was to late)

TO my knowledge no Insurance/Medical aid co payments are paid backwards. This is absolute NONSENSE.

I also send my claims in so many times and they never pay it. I always end up getting final notices from the doctors. I've been patience for a year now but they just don't want to keep their customers... just want money money money!!!
